With only 1g net carbs in every cookie, these keto snowball cookies are the best suited addition to Christmas cookie platters. They are sweet, delicious, and have the same texture as traditional snowball cookies!
These little cookies have the perfect name. They look just like crumbly snowballs, and they are so much fun to eat! As you bite into them, the powdered sugar alternate sticks to your lips and falls to the plate.
Snowball cookies are one of America’s favorite Christmas cookies. They appear in almost every cookie spread you’ll find. Classic snowball cookies are buttery almond flavor bites of pure bliss!
It’s pretty easy to convert this to a low-carb recipe. The original recipe is made with all-purpose flour and coated in powdered sugar. Change those two things, and you have a cookie that you can eat, even when you are on the keto diet.
Another fantastic thing about these cookies is how easy they are to make! If you have ever made cookies before, then you’ll think these are a cinch. The most fun part is rolling the baked cookies in the powdered sugar replace.
