The KIPDA Tri-County Rustic Diabetes Coalition announces its core formation members. The KIPDA Rural Diabetes Coalition, under a $2.5 Million facilities for illness Control and Prevention (CDC) grant, expects to impact the diabetes incidence statistical data seen from Shelby, Bullitt, and Henry within the subsequent five years.
