It is a great high-protein snack with a whopping 14 grams of protein per serving. It is also low-carb with only 9 grams of carb per serving. If you are looking for a crunchy snack, this is a great choice!
Harvest Snacks Green Pea and Red Lentil Crisps
They are made from wholesome ingredients, green pea, red lentil, and black beans straight from the farm. Every bite has a crunch, flavor, and wholesome nutrition. With 11 grams net carb and 5 grams of protein, this is an excellent option for snacking.

They are one of my favorite snacks to grab at the grocery store. I can eat these and not feel like I’m consuming too many calories or carbs. They come in a variety of flavors and only contain 1 gram of carbs per serving, and pack in 10 grams of protein as well.
Duke’s innovative Smoked Shorty Sausages
They contain 7 grams of protein and only 1 gram of carbs per serving. These sausages are naturally seasoned, slow-dried, and cured and contain no MSG or artificial preservatives. This is the type of snack that would be great for a road trip or camping.
Dr. Praeger’s Broccoli Littles
This is my favorite side dish when I’m craving something carb-dense like potatoes. I throw it in my air fryer and it comes out crispy and golden brown. This gluten-free food is only 12g net carbs and so delicious that even your pickiest of kids will eat their veggies!
Gluten-free snacks are also helpful when people living with diabetes experience low blood sugar. It is important to remember this at moments of distress so that you can quickly bring your blood sugar back up without creating gastrointestinal issues as well.
